I just wanted to ask for some help with a donation I made back in 2018 (way before the server reset to the current version). I had ranked up back then, stopped playing for a while (got my masters degree) and started up again this year now that I'm free from school again.

I have the PayPal receipt, transaction ID, and purchase information from December 16, 2018. 

Any help (or explanation if I can't get it back) would be very appreciated!
