After hearing about the existence of allowed mods on S.V. I rushed over to the forums to see what the options were. I was sad to find out that the mods on that list are outdated and unavailable. I was hoping we could look around for mods that are very similar to the original ones, because I think both the coordinates plus mod, and the shulker preview are very useful, while still not adding an advantage into the game. I think the community would be willing to help with this, though I may be wrong in that assumption.

Also sorry if this isnt in the right place. Im not really good with forum type websites.

Hey, im not to up to date on anything like that but maybe you could bring this up in the suggestion box on the discord server and get a response from a few more people 

As a staff member of sv I figure ill make a statment about mods. mods on the list will become outdated or obsolete ocasionally. this is normal, we wont be going out of our way to update the list each time a mod becomes outdated. if you wish to use a replacement. you should only use a mod that fits the same discription of the ones allowed. mods names change ocasionally, some mods merge with other mods. as long as your only using things on the list. you should be fine. for example. we allow people to use shaderpacks for fancy looking texturepacks. optifine for better control over fps and whatnot, shulker viewer for ease of organisation. and two hud organiser mods. one for having a compact f3 menu and another that lets you change where hud elements are displayed. none of these things take too much away or add too much to the vanilla experience. as long as whatever your using only gives you these fetures. your fairly safe. if you are unsure about something. rather than use it then ask later. ask before you start using it on sv. there is no harm in asking questions. long story short. keep your mods within the same description of the ones on the list. if you need someone to take a look at a new mod you would like added to the list. please send the link of the mod with your suggestion it should be allowed to the suggestion box on discord. forums are outdated, almost everything is handled on discord these days.
